What a credit buys
Credits are spent per image produced, and the rate depends on the model. A cheaper model lets you explore widely; a premium model is worth it for the piece you are actually going to sell.

Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
No. Buy a pack, use it over a year if that suits you.
Am I charged if a generation fails?
No. Credits are only deducted when images are successfully produced and staged for you.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You set the price and keep it. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider, not by us.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your store keeps running and keeps taking orders. You just cannot generate new images until you top up.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Get in touch and we will sort something out. Credit purchases are one-off, so there is no subscription to cancel.
